- Ordering
- 1. Find the items you’re looking for by browsing through our categories, searching by product name, or keywords.
- 2. Once you find an item you like, enter a quantity and click the “add to cart” button. When you’re ready to check out, click on the “my cart” link or the “checkout” button to review the items in your cart.
- 3. To start the checkout process, click “continue checkout.” If you have not already signed in, you will be taken to a sign-in page where you can log in or choose to continue as a guest.
- 4. You will then fill in your billing, shipping, and payment information.
- 5. When you are finished, simply click “place order” and your order will be on its way.
- 6. You will receive an order number for reference, and an order confirmation will be e-mailed to you shortly.
- 7. We work hard to get every order out the door and on its way to you as quickly as possible. Because we process orders so quickly, we can’t alter or cancel an order once it has been placed.

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay for your order using PayPal account.
- Shipping & Delivery
- 1. We ship our products within the United States. If you reside in a foreign country and would like to make an order, we might be able to accomodate you. Please contact us via e-mail at generalinquiries@sensual4u.com
- 2. When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
- 3. Shipping costs depend on the delivery options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going.
- 4. Our two delivery options- standard and express- let you choose how quickly you want to receive your order. If you choose our standard delivery option, your order will arrive within one to two weeks. Orders placed using express delivery option will arrive within one week. Delivery times may be affected by weather condition and holiday hours. Standard shipping rate for 1 pound package within the United States ranges between $6 and $12 and express shipping rate for 1pound package within the United States ranges between $17 and $25.
- 5. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- 6. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been processed.
- 7. Sometimes a package is not delivered because of weather delays or acts of nature. We cannot refund shipping for these reasons. Additionally, if we are given an inaccurate address or there is an address correction, delivery maybe delayed. Delivery times may be affected by holiday hours and weather conditions.
- 8. In most cases we will ship your items within one day. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll refund your payment and notify you when item is back in stock.
- Returns & Replacements

- 1. For sanitary and safety reasons all sales are final!
- 2. When you receive a package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working.
- 3. Please contact us when you have received defective or incorrect item. All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service Department. To obtain approval, simply contact us via e-mail at returns@sensual4u.com and let us know what is wrong with the item you ordered.
- 4. We will credit or exchange for defective items only.
- 5. We will credit or exchange for shipping errors made by us.
- 6. All returns and exchanges of defective or incorrect items must be:
- • Unused merchandise (we cannot accept a used sexual product)
- • Made within 30 days of the shipping date on your invoice
- • Returned in original packaging
- • Shipped pre-paid via UPS, FedEx or a courier that issues a tracking number
- • Returned with a copy of your invoice/packing slip
- • Returned with a note telling us what the problem is and stating whether you would like a refund or exchange for another item.
